The D'Vida Living Society

A SACRED COMMUNITY UNDER COVENANTAL PROTECTION

PEACE, AND PROSPERITY FOR SENTIENT LIVING BEINGS

INTRODUCTION:
What is the D'Vida Living Society?

The D'Vida Living Society is the sacred community of citizens dwelling under sovereign protection and sanctuary within the House and Kingdom of David. Established within the Ministry of Alpha Benefit Life Endowment (ABLE) through the Citizens and Business Entity Commission, the D'Vida Living Society (also known as the D'Vida Private Society and the D'Vida Private Contract Association) represents the living body of the Kingdom's citizenry—each soul upheld in dignity under God's eternal covenant.

As stated in the Covenant of Formation, the D'Vida Living Society is comprised of living stones under sanctuary and covenantal protection. Every citizen is recognized as a Sentient Living Being—not a mere "human" as defined by modern legal fictions, but as a living, conscious being endowed with inherent dignity, standing on the land, and rightful claim to their ancestral estate.

"But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light." - 1 Peter 2:9, ESV

THE ROYAL PROCLAMATION AND DECREE OF SANCTUARY, PEACE, AND PROSPERITY

Upon joining the D'Vida Living Society, each citizen accepts the Royal Proclamation and Decree of Sanctuary, Peace, and Prosperity offered by His Majesty King David Joel, Crown Sovereign of the House and Kingdom of David. This is not merely a legal contract—it is a covenantal invitation to dwell under divine protection, lawful equity, and royal stewardship.

Upon acceptance and approval by the Kingdom of David Citizens and Business Entity Commission, each new citizen receives:

  • A unique Court Record Number (CRN), which serves as their Citizenship Identification Number.

  • Standing within the Court of the Ekklesia (COTE), where each citizen establishes a personal Court of Record for all matters.

  • Full access to the Ecumenical and Ecclesiastical Combined Courts (EECC) for protection of equitable interests and beneficial rights.

  • Sanctuary status, ensuring protection from oppression, violence, and injustice.

"From oppression and violence he redeems their life, and precious is their blood in his sight." - Psalm 72:14, ESV

THE COURT OF THE EKKLESIA (COTE)

Every citizen of the D'Vida Living Society has standing in the Court of the Ekklesia (COTE), the Court of the Kingdom of David citizenry. This court is modeled on the principles, protocols, and procedures of the Davidic and Solomonic courts, including Common Law, but in a modernized and accessible manner.

Within the COTE, each citizen establishes a unique Court of Record with an archival function for documents and evidence. The CRN serves as the tracking system for all matters related to the citizen's legal, equitable, and ecclesiastical affairs.

The COTE operates under the principle: "Equity Sees Done That Which Ought To Be Done."
