This court is modeled on the principles, protocols, and procedures of the Davidic and Solomonic courts, including Common Law, but in a modernized and accessible manner.
Within the COTE, each citizen establishes a unique Court of Record with an archival function for documents and evidence. The CRN serves as the tracking system for all matters related to the citizen's legal, equitable, and ecclesiastical affairs.
