1.  Court of the Ekklesia (COTE)
The Court of the Ekklesia is the Court of the Kingdom of David Citizenry, modeled on the Davidic and Solomonic Courts. Each Citizen is given a Court of Record Number (CRN), functioning as unique identification in the system. It is also the forum of sanctuary, peace, and prosperity for the Sentient Living Beings of the Kingdom.

 

Acts 15:6 (ESV) — The apostles and the elders were gathered together to consider this matter.  Function: Establishes and oversees Courts of Record for all Citizens, issuing unique CRNs and providing accessible justice.

 

2. Court of the King’s Conscience (Equity and Wisdom)

This Court preserves equitable interests and beneficial rights, modeled after the Maxims of Equity and the wisdom tradition of Solomon. It assures fairness in all disputes affecting Citizens and Estates.

Isaiah 11:2–4 (ESV) — The Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him... with righteousness he shall judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth.  Function: Provides oversight in principles of equity, protecting conscience and interests of the Kingdom’s Citizens.

 

3. King’s Court for Royal Prerogatives

This Court issues Royal Decrees, Proclamations, Letters Patent, and other instruments of the Crown. It is the fountain of Royal authority safeguarding Throne prerogatives.

Jeremiah 33:17 (ESV) — For thus says the LORD: David shall never lack a man to sit on the throne of the house of Israel.  Function: Issues decrees, patents, and registrations, safeguarding Crown rights and international instruments.

 

4. Court of Comity & International Court of Claims

This Court establishes judicial relations with foreign nations and bodies politic. It offers a venue for international cases and treaty recognition, placing the Kingdom of David into rightful relations among the nations.

Isaiah 2:3–4 (ESV) — Out of Zion shall go the law... He shall judge between the nations, and shall decide disputes for many peoples.  Function: Receives cases involving foreign entities, enables treaty participation, reciprocal recognition, and international comity.

 

5. Court of Records

The Court of Records archives all documents created within the Kingdom or abroad. It ensures permanent preservation with registered CRNs and provides certified sealed copies to Citizens and petitioners.

Psalm 102:18 (ESV) — Let this be recorded for a generation to come, so that a people yet to be created may praise the LORD.  Function: Recording, sealing, and publishing of documents, both private and public, maintaining the Kingdom’s official archive.

 

6. Court of Petitions & Writs

The forum for Citizens to petition for writs and remedies. The Court issues Habeas Corpus, Writs of Entry, Prohibitio, and other judicial writs of relief to preserve liberty.

Isaiah 10:1–2 (ESV) — Woe to those who decree iniquitous decrees... to rob the poor of my people of their right. Function: Issues Great Writs to protect liberty, manage petitions, and prevent oppression of Citizens by unrighteous powers.

 

7. King’s Court of Probate

This Court settles matters of wills, testaments, and estates. Applying the principles of equity, it ensures rightful heirs and beneficiaries are secured under covenantal law.

Ecclesiastes 7:11 (ESV) — Wisdom is good with an inheritance, an advantage to those who see the sun.  Function: Equitable management and settlement of estates, trusts, and testaments for Citizens of the Kingdom.

 

8. Royal Court of Patents & Copyrights

This Court protects intellectual property and innovation, reflecting God as Creator. It secures inventions, literary, artistic, and scientific works under covenant jurisdiction.

Exodus 31:3–4 (ESV) — I have filled him with the Spirit of God... to devise artistic designs.  Function: Registration and protection of intellectual property, innovations, and creative works of Citizens.

9. Court for Rolls & Record of Churches and Religious Institutions

This Court registers churches, theological bodies, seminaries, and religious institutions seeking refuge from secular systems. It provides spiritual independence and covenantal covering.

1 Peter 2:9 (ESV) — But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession.  Function: Guides religious institutions into sovereign covenant jurisdiction, removing reliance on secular corporation registrations.


Together, these Nine Courts embody the full authority of the Kingdom of David under the Ecumenical and Ecclesiastical Combined Courts (EECC). They provide comprehensive governance and justice — domestic, international, spiritual, and royal — in continuity with the eternal Covenant of the Throne of David.
